Crystal jewellery is not just beautiful, it's amazingly healing and protective against negative energy & unwanted frequencies such as electromagnetic radiation. I wear a clear quartz point & copper pendant because there are a lot of phone masts where I live and I believe it helps keep me healthy and protected.
I always try my best to find stones that are ethically sourced and one of my recent finds is clear quartz crystal mined in Wales.....
My outdoor therapy room today! This was a Metaphysical Guided Meditation session for releasing thought patterns and which no longer serve the present day for this client.
The power of plants around us cannot be underestimated in my view. This is the entrance to my Clinic, and it's also my home. When clients and guests come here, they always comment on the garden and most stop for a moment and take a deep breath. That's what the natural environment does to us, it's calming and healing. Did we really feel loved and happy? Did the relationship evolve over time and allow us the freedom to shine and be the very best we could be for ourselves and the other person? Grab a pen and paper and let's see if the following questions can shed some light on how it really was....
We've all done this at one time or another - filled our minds with someone who isn't there most of the time, or perhaps isn't there at all - a crush, a loss, a fantasy, an ex partner, an unpleasant colleague and so on. But if our minds keep replaying patterns of thought which are not serving us in a positive way then it is very difficult to be in the present moment and direct our energy in a way that encourages happiness and progression. So what can we do about it?
